The MOBO Awards returned once again this week for its 22nd annual celebration of the best acts in urban music. This prestigious event took place at the First Direct Arena in Leeds – and this year Scruffy Dog were lucky enough to work on the stage production and installation for the ceremony.

The MOBOs celebrated and presented the awards on the stage our team designed, created and installed. The night also included a wide range of talent, as artists such as Stormzy, Ray B.

Having been briefed just under a week ago, this project was an exciting challenge for our production team and put our talented division to the test, requiring the team to produce a tr

uly epic stage design in a rapid turnover period.

The project was both pre-fabricated and produced in our Birmingham manufacturing facility, as a result of our recent expansion. The increased team size and machinery has allowed the team to produce higher standards of work at a dramatically quicker rate, resulting in us being selected for these prestigious events.
