Art Director – Mandarin speaking 

 Location: London, UK  

 Salary: Competitive 

 We want someone who has experience in similar rolls in the Chinese experience / attraction / theming design industry. The main responsibility would be to manage an art team that is working on a specific project, under the lead of the creative management. 

Duties to include by not limited to:  

• Professional and polite service management of our clients. 
• Leading creative projects including storytelling, experience planning, theming, and visual id concept design. 
• Inspiring the artist and making sure the team follows the style and visual guidelines established by the Creative management. 
• Keep the overview of designs produced, making sure all the different elements on each project involved are developed and presented in harmony as a whole. 
• Taking care that the working protocol and the professional standards of the team are met ethically and efficiently at all times. 
• Report to the senior creative team on a regular basis.

Key Skills Required 

• Fluent in Chinese & English (Mandarin) language and writing.
• Proven work as an art director in the experience, attraction, theming design industries.
• Proven site art direction experience.
• Good knowledge of design software
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Team-working skills
• Work in an organised and responsible manner.
